TERMS OF USE (Rules & Regulations)

GENERAL RULES (Terraria)

• Do NOT grief, steal, destroy, other player's content that is recently created without protection.

• Do NOT abuse bombs, dynamite, or explosives near structures, houses or temporary structures.

• Do NOT use hacked, modified, or cheated clients to bypass the Original Client.​

• Do NOT use, discuss, argue about, or admitting of use of Third-Party Software.

• Do NOT use Portal Gun in, around, or on the Teleporter in Spawn Area.

• Do NOT withhold hacked/unexplained items in your inventory. Failing to report a hacker or items that are near impossible to get in your current state of mind will result in inventory reset.

• Do NOT ask for items. You may purchase them, only if they were earned legitimately.

• Do NOT pester staff about pointless annoying requests, use the support or feedback section on forums.

• Do NOT report violations after the fact, or waiting till a staff member is online (Use Forums or Reports).

• Do NOT call out Staff Member's names, simply write the question the chat is visible to all and anyone can answer them if they know the answer to it.

GENERAL RULES

• Do NOT discuss, mention, or associate with TShock or Pryaxis, plugins included. (P)

• Do NOT post screenshots of other people's work without their permission, excluded from #Reports.

• Do NOT cause unwanted attention on other communities or servers, if violations persist you may be subject to removal from our server.

Housing Rules

• Do NOT block players using impassable blocks, doors, or traps with houses.

• Do NOT place traps, exploits, kill-zones in your house.

• Do NOT exploit maximum chest limit, or bypass Banking System.

• Do NOT intentionally destroy or grief a house you are allowed to build in.

• Do NOT steal or remove items robustly.

• Houses on the surface of The Island MUST have at least 3 blocks of headroom to pass through.

Chat Rules

• Do NOT disrespect any member or staff in chat or other locations.

• Do NOT use excessive vulgar language, one or two outbursts is fine.

• Do NOT type in all capitalized letters, this is annoying to all users.

• Do NOT spam the chat box, this goes for quick useless typing.

• Do NOT advertise other servers, or communities.

• Do NOT pester users about free items, or giveaways.

• Do NOT use racism, racial slurs, or condescending terms.

Donor Rules

• Do NOT summon mobs or bosses intentionally to kill players.

• Do NOT summon mobs or bosses near spawn or island.

• Do NOT irritate players with donor powers.

• Do NOT summon Night Time Only Bosses during day unless soloing.

• Do NOT summon bosses for others to kill and gain items (mobs not included).

Discord Rules

• Do NOT change your nickname constantly.

• Do NOT post inappropriate content in the #main channel.

• Do NOT post any sources, links, or plugins of TShock, or related to TShock.

• Do NOT start raids, attacks, or harmful activities against other communities. (P)

• Do NOT start any accusations, false arguments, or drama in general, please take it to Direct Message.

• Do NOT post other user's picture from Video/Voice feature introduced by Discord without their permission.

• Do NOT post about other communities or issues with other communities in our discord at any time. (P)

(P) - You will be permanently banned upon such actions.

Addendum

If a rule is to be broken but indirectly affects another rule that can be violated thereof by using physical method to the associated account. This factor can only be broken under the discretion of higher staff decision before such action or punishment is made. It is solely the decision of staff members, as a team, to determine the proper punishment of such "loophole" events. Ban appeals can still be taken into consideration to lift the punishment that was made as long as it is possible to reverse the action under the "system".
